Andy explains what an unenumerated constitutional right is, and how, according to the leaked draft of Justice Sam Alito's upcoming Supreme Court opinion, abortion is not one of those.  Steve acknowledges the essential truth of that; he points out that even liberal hero Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted Roe was not on very stable ground constitutionally.  Still, he thinks that a lot of what Alito has written is wrong, gratuitous, and / or potentially dangerous.
